All pricing is based on the square footage of your home.

This includes the following:
- Check Major Systems Including HVAC
- Check All Plumbing Fixtures & Toilets
- Change Filters as needed
- Check Smoke Detectors & Replace Batteries as needed
- Replace Light Bulbs as needed
- Clean Exhaust Fans
- Clean Disposal(s)
- Clean Dryer Vents
- Test Garage Door Functions
- Clean Exterior Condensing Units
Annual Home Maintenance Services
This includes the following:
- Perform a Full Cooling & Heat Inspection with Diagnostics Including Printout of Results
- Ensure Proper Drainage Around the Perimeter of the Home
- Check & Tighten All Hardware Interior/Exterior
- Check all home technology
