- Clean Disposal(s)
- Clean Dryer Vents

Annual Home Maintenance Services
This includes the following:
- Perform a Full Cooling & Heat Inspection with Diagnostics Including Printout of Results
- Ensure Proper Drainage Around the Perimeter of the Home
- Check & Tighten All Hardware Interior/Exterior
- Check all home technology
