What exactly is K&C Home Concierge?
We are your one-stop shop for your home maintenance and repair needs. We do all the annoying (but necessary) things to keep your home running smoothly and optimally.
Our quarterly maintenance visits prevent the most common disruptions, large or small, caused by problems that, in most cases, could have been avoided. We also take measures to extend the life of your major appliances, ensuring you get the most bang for your buck.
Our annual home inspection is designed to detect problems before they become critical issues. Then we develop an action plan to address those issues.

Can I call you for emergencies?
Yes! We are available during standard business hours, and can provide you with the resources you need to address your emergency.
How are service visits scheduled?
We schedule visits based on your availability and what’s convenient for you. You can schedule your appointments by calling, or by using our friendly booking software that’s available to all our members. We don’t believe in multi-hour windows. When you book, you get a specific appointment time.
Is K&C the same as a home warranty company?
No, not at all. Home warranty companies are called when something breaks. We are proactive, ensuring your home is in tip-top shape.
Do I need to be home during K&C home service visits?
We recommend that you are present, especially during your first annual wellness check. However, all of our technicians and specialists pass extensive background checks so we leave it up to you.
